Magic: The Gathering DC/Baltimore City Championships

The Magic: The Gathering City Championship season is your first step to the World Championships! Earn an invitation to compete at Nationals, or just play to see how you measure up against other Baltimore/DC area players.

This is how it works:

Play in any of the City Championship events listed below.
Earn City Championship points for every match you play (and bonus points for placing well!).
The top 8 point earners will be invited to a special finals tournament. The winner of this tournament receives an invitation to compete in the M:TG US National Championships!

Additional invitations to Nationals, as well as first- and second-round byes, may be awarded to other finals tournament participants. The amount of additional invitations and byes is based on the number of participants in the region, so be sure to play!

Five stores in the Baltimore/DC are hosting City Championship events, and Games and Comics and Stuff is honored to be one of them! A full schedule of events follows, and contact info for the other four stores is listed as well.
