The Skilled Workers expansion provide players with asymmetric player boards! Each of the 6 boards is individual, so you will have a different game experience with each of them.
During game setup take a random or chosen skilled worker board instead of a regular worker board. If you fulfill a milestone during the game and you take one of the two left workers as a reward, you unlock the linked advantage. This advantage is now working for all your workers and is not linked to any one worker.
• By taking the normal worker, you unlock the action modifier that reduces the cost of the mentioned action by 1 resource or 1 coin.
• By taking the special worker, you unlock the additional action that you can use every time additionally before or after you do the mentioned action.
