Job Type: In-person, part-time
Compensation: $15.00/hr
Job Summary: The Sales Associates role is to be the vector of enthusiasm that drives our stores' success. This is achieved through delivery of exceptional customer service, inventory control, loss prevention, and enthusiasm for hobby gaming. Associates are expected to maintain a customer focused mindset of attention to the number of customers in the store and responsiveness to any request for assistance. Register accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail are paramount to the success in this role.Â
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers as they enter the store and/or as they pass through your assigned zone
- Engage and assist customers about the store merchandise and events
- Operate point-of-sale system while checking for accuracy
- Professional answer and handle phone calls in a timely manner
- Restock sales floor as needed
- Light cleaning duties as needed
- Demonstrate featured games and have a basic working knowledge of the products we carry in the store
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
- Stand/Walk for a least Five and a half hours or more at a time
- Be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, twist and climb
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
