TCG Counter Associate

Job Type: In-person, part-time
Compensation: $15.00/hr
Job Summary: The TCG Associates role is to be the vector of enthusiasm that drives our stores' success. This is achieved through delivery of exceptional customer service, inventory control, loss prevention, and enthusiasm for TCG gaming. Associates are expected to maintain a customer focused mindset while maintaining inventory accuracy of TCG cards. Register accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail are paramount to the success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while engaging with customers
- Pull card orders accurately using kiosk system,
- Return cards to filling system,Â
- Evaluate and write offers for small quantities of resale TCG cards
- Take in and complete collection paperwork for larger resale TCG collections
- Merchandize counter and TCG product displays
- Assist with assigned floor tasks as requested by management
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
- Stand/Walk for a least Five and a half hours or more at a time
- Be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, twist and climb
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
