Description:  Ishtaros is a world of quotas and chains. Its soil yields abundance, its herds multiply, its people breed with unnatural fruitfulness. The tithe demands it, and the planet answers.

But beneath the promise of endless harvests lies the truth: the hives are prisons of steel and smoke where billions toil and die to sustain the illusion of plenty. The nobles preside as lords of grain and flesh, playing at gallant riders and daring sailors, while the commoner is marked like cattle, their very skin branded with devotion or despair. The Imperium cares nothing for the price of this productivity, only that the convoys leave on time and the ledgers remain balanced.

To this setting the player characters will play as Imperial Citizens thrust into the role of heros (or villains) for a multi-scene, miniature heavy one-off RPG using Imperium Maledictum rules
