The streets of Red Row are in turmoil, and it seems like they’re just one more unlawful arrest away from a full-scale riot. Maybe it’s something to do with the Weeping Maiden - a new play that’s touring the district - which combines traditional dramatic flair with occult symbology and full-contact bloodsports. The Ministry send in a cell of operatives to investigate and exploit the situation as best they’re able.
